Tutoring for the FYLSE or even just substantive law in 1L can be quite costly, ranging from $175 an hour to $5,000 and up for a “home study” type course. This cost coupled with the already high cost of law school can leave many strapped for cash.
That’s why we here at FYLSE Real Help are here. We offer low cost one-on-one tutoring starting at $75 a session. We use the term “session” because we have all been there and we all know that sometimes, one hour just doesn’t do it. Sometimes, you are in the middle of an epiphany and the hourly session ends. We want to ensure that your time is spent the most effectively and productive time you can afford. This means that our sessions run at a minimum of one hour but run as long as it takes to really get the issues through. Granted, this does not mean days but we have not seen a session run longer than 3 hours.
Meet and Greet
If you are interested in tutoring with us we will schedule to meet with you over a zoom meeting for a short 20 minute meet and greet. There are times when you meet someone and just know you wont like them, if this happens we don’t want you to feel obligated or unable to say “this just isn’t for me”.
At this meet and greet we explain how the process works, the zoom information, and get a feel for what you need assistance with; whether its an ongoing FYLSE prep program or a simple one-time meeting. From here we will decide how to move forward as a team.
One of the nicest things about having a tutor is you finally have someone to let you know how you are stacking up. Your tutor can tell you if your on point, behind, ahead, and generally where you are in the process. Since they don’t really tell you this in law school, it is a godsend.
All our tutors have passed the FYLSE and only take four student per FYLSE session; this ensures that each student gets personalized help to ensure maximum achievement.
