26 Sep FYLSE School Pass Rates Compared
If you go to the California Bar Examiner’s website hoping to find statistics on pass rates for the First Year Law Students Exam (FYLSE) you will find an aggregate of the pass rates but not a broken down explanation. Passing the FYLSE is one of the biggest hurdles that a student at an online law school faces and the pass rates from varying schools is like a Scooby Doo mystery. You really have to do some digging to find the pass rates and often, you have to go from website to website to find the pass rate for schools individually.
I do want to preface this article by stating, these numbers purporting pass rates are from the schools themselves. I have no way of verifying whether these numbers are correct or not. I also spent a considerable amount of time attempting to find as many online school pass rates as possible; so what you see is all I could find. Online Law Schools are not required to post their FYLSE pass rates so many don’t.
