PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY REVIEW
Class One: Professional Responsibility Review (October 29th, 9am PST) – This class will run approximately two hours and will be a comprehensive review of the Rules of Professional Responsibility, how these subjects are tested, testing hints, and review of the MPRE.
Class Two: MPRE Preparation Course (November 5th, 9am PST) – This class will cover the Multistate Professional Representation Exam (“MPRE”) and will be approximately two hours. We will do a quick overview of the rules of professional responsibility and then dive into how these are tested on the MPRE. We will cover approaches to the multiple choice questions and ways to identify the correct rules to ensure success on the exam.
Class Three: Professional Responsibility and the Bar Exam (November 12th, 9am PST) – This class will review how to approach Professional Responsibility on the bar exam as a stand alone essay and as a potential hybrid essay. This is a great refresher course for those preparing to sit for the MPRE in November!
All class materials will be provided in advance to students who sign up for any or all of the classes. Materials will include an outline, rule statements, any essay(s) covered, and any additional written materials used in the class.
