    TERMS OF SERVICE

    LALI BAR PREP

    Welcome to LALI BAR PREP, an online exam simulator owned and operated by LA Law Institute (“LALI”). By accessing or using LALI BAR PREP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use LALI BAR PREP.

    1. Introduction
    These Terms govern your use of LALI BAR PREP, including any content, functionality, and services offered through the platform.

    2. Eligibility
    LALI BAR PREP is available to individuals aged 18 or older. By using LALI BAR PREP, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

    3. User Accounts
    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your LALI BAR PREP account and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with others or allow simultaneous logins.

    4. Use of the Platform
    4.1. Permitted Use: You may use LALI BAR PREP solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in preparation for bar examinations or other legal exams.
    4.2. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
    – Sharing, distributing, or reproducing any content from LALI BAR PREP, including questions, explanations, or other materials.
    – Attempting to gain unauthorized access to LALI BAR PREP or its related systems or networks.
    – Interfering with or disrupting the operation of LALI BAR PREP or its servers or networks.
    – Engaging in any activity that violates intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of LALI or third parties.

    5. Payment and Billing
    5.1. Subscription Options: LALI BAR PREP offers monthly, 3-month, and 6-month subscription options. Payments are non-refundable.
    5.2. Billing: Payments are processed securely through PayPal. LALI does not collect or store any payment information.

    6. Intellectual Property Rights
    6.1. LALI Ownership: LALI BAR PREP and all its content, including questions, explanations, and materials, are the exclusive property of LALI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights in LALI BAR PREP or its content.
    6.2. Licensed Content: LALI BAR PREP may include questions and materials licensed from third parties, such as the National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE). You agree to comply with any applicable restrictions or conditions imposed by such third-party licensors.

    7. Privacy
    LALI does not collect or store any personal data from users of LALI BAR PREP. Any payment information provided during the billing process is handled by PayPal and subject to their privacy policies.

    8. Termination and Suspension
    LALI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to LALI BAR PREP, without notice or liability, for any violation of these Terms or other misconduct, including but not limited to:
    – Sharing passwords or allowing multiple users to access a single account.
    – Reproducing, distributing, or reusing any content from LALI BAR PREP without authorization.
    – Engaging in any illegal or fraudulent activities.
    – Attempting to gain unauthorized access to LALI BAR PREP or its systems.

    9. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LALI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of LALI BAR PREP.

    10. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LALI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of LALI BAR PREP or violation of these Terms.

    11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    By using LALI BAR PREP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
